Job title: Employer Engagement Manager

Salary: LGS Level 8, scp 33-40 (Starting £29,909 per annum)

Description: You will be responsible for implementing and leading the delivery of the Employer Engagement Strategy, working with curriculum managers to introduce new products and services for the employer market and growing employer engagement in key sector areas. Other duties include; being the main contact for the recruitment and on-boarding of apprentices onto the College’s Apprenticeship programmes to an agreed financial income target, supporting the Skills for Life and Vocational Learning teams by taking a proactive role in promoting appropriate training across the College portfolio to companies to fulfil their training needs and support their business performance and maintaining employer relationships in order to ensure satisfactory outcomes, identify repeat business, and source opportunities for work placements and work experience for Study Programme and other vocational learners.

Organisation: Groundwork

Job title: Community and Education Manager

Location: Based at Luton, Bedfordshire and Alconbury (Cambridgeshire) but working across the east of England as required.

Contract type: Full time (37) hours per week. Two-year contract with an opportunity to extend

Salary:  £28,808 - £32,339 plus attractive benefits

Description: As Community and Education Manager you will initiate, develop, manage and deliver transformational environmental projects, including larger programmes throughout Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire alongside partner organisations and local groups. You will have extensive experience of project management, line management, financial management and at least 3 years’ experience delivering community/educational projects. You will be able to develop effective partnerships with stakeholders and have experience of bid-writing and fundraising. We’ll make sure you’re given all the support and guidance you need and you will have the opportunity to become part of a highly successful organisation making a real and positive difference to your local area. The role will also include some evening and weekend working as required (with time off in lieu) and a full driving license and access to a car is necessary.

Organisation: The London Hairdressing Apprenticeship Academy Limited

Job title: MIS & Funding Manager
