Description: Hertford Regional College are looking for Programme Delivery Team Assessors with specialist skills in a range of vocational areas; Electrical Installation. Ideal Candidates will enjoy working as part of a busy team, be highly organised and have the ability to use their own initiative to manage their caseloads. As a Programme Delivery Team Assessor, you will support the successful attainment, via the application of effective training and assessment practices, of timely outcomes for learners. You will have occupational industry experience, good knowledge of Apprenticeship Frameworks / Standards and will be qualified to assess in the workplace. You should also be able to support the delivery of underpinning knowledge and have experience of classroom management. Successful applicants will be able to participate in the planning and development of Apprenticeship programmes.

Job title: Apprenticeship Programme Compliance & Data Lead

  • Ensuring ILR, ILP & CRM data is accurate & compliant
  • Ensuring all returns are error free, utilising Pro-Solution, FIS & Hub reports • Management of apprentices within Digital Apprenticeship Service working with employers to ensure accuracy of data.
  • Align to the main college audit strategy, and work in conjunction with the MIS Department.
  • Perform data checking activity, using sector specific tools, e.g. DSAT Reports, HUB Reports and Score.
  • Reconciliation to monitor performance management of allocation, target numbers/profile.
  • Support the Sub-contract Manager with ensure compliance & raising issues where required.
  • Monitor & maintain all process and procedure guides.
  • To use appropriate systems, media to track achievement and ensure that all records and evidence of start/outcomes are accurately maintained.
  • Provide accurate data and timely monitoring reports for the College Management structure.
  • Collaborate with Quality, MIS and Curriculum areas to prepare relevant information to support Performance Meetings.
  • Annually support the Central Apprenticeship Team with profiling activity & reporting
  • Contribute to quality improvements across the Apprenticeship provision.

Job title: Programme Recruitment Learner Lead

Description: To co-ordinate all recruitment activities included within the recruitment and admissions processes, successful matching of applicants to live vacancies To co-ordinate the application process and arrange interviews for all eligible applicants and create a process to support learners that are not eligible for the apprenticeship. Support the recruitment team to increase Apprenticeship starts by providing a base of applicants to match and then convert to an apprenticeship, by attending progression events in college, attending school events and local job centres. To liaise directly with employers, internal departments and learners to provide employment opportunities, apprenticeship placements, increased employer responsive work and routes to our current educational provision. To undertake direct contact with employers, partnership organisations and internal departments to continue to raise the profile of the employment service to support increased engagement and opportunities. Job title: Apprenticeship Programme Delivery - Assessor (Electrical)

Location: Broxbourne - Workplace Delivery

Contract type: Permanent

Salary: £28,000 (plus market rate allowance £5,000 for Electrical only)

Description: Ensure the effective delivery of all component parts of an apprentices learner journey from point of recruitment through to timely completion. Manage an identified caseload of apprentices, involving employers in all aspects of delivery and assessment processes; providing an outstanding service based on good working practice. Conduct health & safety audits ensuring a safe working environment whilst supporting learners to understand the importance of keeping themselves and others safe, ensuring any risks are reported to management. Ensure a full and comprehensive induction process with learners is completed including employer participation. Liaise with cross College services, external partners, parents and carers to ensure that all learners have access to appropriate support. Promote the importance of maths & English through the use of BKSB, ensuring learners engage and develop these skills throughout their apprenticeship.
