Job title: Employability/ Life Skills Tutor

Closing date: 31st December at 4pm

Location: Hitchin, Hertfordshire

Contract: Part time – 2.5 days per week (possibility of full time hours if applicant possesses skills/ knowledge in a relevant additional subject)

Salary: Circa £23,000 - £25,000 per annum/pro rata depending on qualifications and experience

Description: We are looking for a motivated and professional individual who is dynamic, inspirational, and innovative to join us at our growing centre. In this tutor role you will teach Employability and Life Skills (confidence, resilience, team work, time management, travel skills and healthy active lifestyles) to enable our learners to fulfil their career aspirations and empower them to embark on working life. The successful candidate will demonstrate the qualities to deliver innovative and creative teaching to a variety of learning levels. Additional skills or knowledge in a variety of subjects such as Accountancy, Business or English would be desirable and could result in a full time position being offered.

Job title: Operations and Business Support Apprentice

Closing date & time: 14th January 2019

Location: Ampthill, Bedfordshire

Contract type: Full time apprenticeship

Salary: £175 per week – increments based on achievement

Description: We have a new role for someone looking to take their first steps into Business Administration and are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Ampthill office to provide strong administrative support to the business with a focus on Operations and Business Development.
Responsibilities include handling stakeholder relationships, ensuring key systems and process are maintained, quality processes are adhered to and appropriate documentation is collated to ensure we meet funder/contract requirements. Responsibilities will increase as you progress with the apprenticeship. Develop is committed to safeguarding all our learners. Applicants shall be subject to an enhanced DBS check
