Brief summary: Exemplas is a major Prime Contractor with an excellent track record in leading large programmes. We deliver major programmes for fund holders including BIS & SFA.  We are currently the prime contractor delivering Skills Support for the Workforce across Herts, SEMLEP & Northamptonshire.  The contract value is c£7.5m, includes 27 delivery partners & has achieved a number of growth plans due to the performance achieved. We are interested in leading bids in themes 10 and 3 across all LEP areas in the East of England and London.  Our thoughts are that we will need c10-12 suppliers for each LEP/Lot area. Organisation name: Hertfordshire Consortium of Colleges
Brief summary: The four Hertfordshire Colleges have joined together to form the Hertfordshire Consortium of Colleges.  The Consortium will work together to tender for European Social Funds and ensure that notional funding allocations remain in Hertfordshire and are fully responsive to the locally identified needs of Hertfordshire. As a consortium, working with a wider network of specialist additional consortium members,  we feel that we are best placed to lead on themes 8 and 10 of the Local Implementation plan for Hertfordshire, with campuses and delivery locations that cover the whole of Hertfordshire, expert localised knowledge and experience of managing large successful ESF projects.  We would be looking for a maximum of 15 sub-contractors to work with us.

Brief summary: Serco Vocational Services (SVS) is part of Serco plc; a FTSE250 company and one of the UK’s Top 100 apprenticeship employers, employing almost 1,500 young people across a diverse range of professions and industries. Since 2001, Serco plc has invested significantly to support the growth of apprenticeships. Brief summary: TCHC is a training, employability and business consultancy company with a strong track record for developing, implementing and managing robust support programmes, providing current and appropriate IAG, employability skills, vocational & functional training to individuals that is tailored to their need and the local labour market. Through SFA, EFA, and various DWP & Local Authority funded programmes we have delivered contract activity in excess of £33 million since 2004. Over the last 3 years alone – and through our current programme activity, including SSU, SSR, NEETs, Community Grants, the Youth Contract and specific support for those over the age of 50, lone parents and clients with mental health issues – we have supported more than 20,000 customers. In addition to the above, we have recently (June 2015) started to deliver an impartial apprenticeship brokerage service for small businesses. Our locally-delivered provision works within networks of relevant partners and stakeholder and, as a result of our proactive approach to partnership working, we have been able to achieve 88% positive outcome rates in 2014 for our customers. For the forthcoming SFA and DWP ESF opportunities, we are looking at a delivery model of 10-15 partners who can either provide an end-to-end service or specialist training-only support.
